Course Information

Everyone has had some kind of experience dealing with stress. It is not always fun, however, we do have a choice in how we respond to stressful situations. Our choices affect our grades, activities, and relationships. Having stress and flexibility skills can turn a really, really bad day into "I can handle this kind of day!"

Why is public speaking so stressful?  Because we do not know where to start, how to finish, stand, move, or where to look.  These are a few reasons that make public speaking the number one fear.

Learn the fundamentals of communication so you can present with confidence!

Register by February 14, 2018 to receive $10.00 off.  Reference promo code: TENOFF at check-out.
